Jon, another great video. Now I'm going to have to spot Mike at CrossFit PEI every freakin' day as he tries to get up to 51 and 1/2 inches box jump too!
Well now that I know that it's all about jumping ... and boxes (love that part) I am going to be going for some wicked awesome box jumps.

Jon -- a bit confused here. The box jump teaches jumping off the heels? Are you saying there's no ankle extension?
What do you do if you eat it? Also, what's the legit way to rapid-fire box jump?
