Excellent video! Do you have a set program you use with people? Such as certain amount/reps on the KB squat or time spent on the downward dog each day?
Thanks so much for this great video. I embedded it on my blog becuase I'm still working on my foundations and this is a great tool learning the squat. I love CrossFit and how helpful everyone is! Thanks again.
The video is very helpful as it helped me while I am helping my wife develop her squat. There were alot of things I knew nothing about while performing the squat. It definitely broadened my understanding in the fundamentals of the squat.
Question: How can I become a member of the forum in case any other pertinent questions arises? Please email me at j.gerty316@yahoo.com. I appreciate it. Crossfit............Keep up the great work.
Excellent video, thanks. I got here from CrossFit 603; they program pry squats now and again, and I had no idea what those were. Jon's meticulousness is always a welcome factor in these videos.
And yes, EC is an amazon - an awesome amazon. (Yeah, I'm a fanboy - can't help it.)
Hey Jon! I got here when I realized my thrusters were really awkward...your instruction has me on the right track and I am following the thread of logic back here to the squat. I have learned most of my squat technique with a barbell from Coach Rippetoe. The low bar squat with less vertical back angle obviously does not serve me well when carried over into thrusters and ohs's. Any thoughts on rectifying this difference or is it soldier on, work tecnhique and flexibility, maybe do some video analysis?
The GHD video has transformed my work from exercise to athletic endavor and training tool! Great stuff!

Sweet Video, I like the pole stretch!
You guys always have great videos. Keep it up.
Great video folks! I'm having the lean forward issue with my squat cleans, due to the bar being in front of my torso... Any tips?
Excellent video!

Great info - will use it in training others as well as myself.
Thanks for the quality instruction - you are both awesome!
