Hi-Tech Technique Plates are the solution the Weightlifting Community has been waiting for.  The same diameter as a standard bumper plate in weights that rubber can't handle, these bad boys could take a hit from a Mack Truck and keep on ticking. 

Plain old rubber 10s can't take a beating, and small loads are usually impossible to find in the proper diameter.  No longer!  Made of a super-dense, high-impact polymer, Hi-Tech Plates can take all the dropping you can dish out.  We had a 300-pound plus former collegiate shot putter take a pair of 10s out to the parking lot and slam them into the ground as hard as he could for reps.  No cracks, and barely a scratch on them.
