Our most recommended barbell for CrossFit gyms, this is the best general training bar we carry, bar none. The USA Power Bar is made using a stress relieved alloy bar from elevated temperature drawn steel with a minimum yield strength of 165,000 PSI and a durable exclusive finish. The USA Power Bar has a tensile strength of 1500 lbs. The bar ends are finished with a spring pin on cold-finished, seamless tubing, securing the sleeve and making it virtually failure proof.

Beginning Strength Training
We get a ton of mileage out of these at our gym. We use the 15-pound training barbell to teach proper technique or to scale loads to the strength levels of beginning athletes. It is also useful (along with 25-pound bumper plates) for putting together a 65-pound barbell, as prescribed for women in most CrossFit workouts.

Collars
You've got to keep the plates on the bar. For that purpose, we carry spring collars and Muscle Clamps. Please note that Muscle Clamps are not suitable for Olympic Lifting.
