FAQ > Shipping > What shipping method do you use?
We ship most items via UPS Ground, although faster UPS services are available for a premium. Large orders and those containing bulky items ship via ABF Freight.
If you anticipate recieving your order via freight, know that you will need to meet the delivery truck and sign for the order. Please be sure to check the packing slips and the items PRIOR to signing for the delivery. It is much easier to resolve shipping issues if a problem is documented during the delivery process.
