I'm a big believer in personal responsibility. Therefore, I stand behind my products 100%. If there's something wrong, I'll fix it. After all, you don't create a business with the staying power of Again Faster by screwing your customers.
That said, the "personal responsibility" road goes both ways. If you abuse your equipment unnecessarily, ignore our recommendatons for proper use, or generally do something stupid, we may refuse your return. Nonetheless, please contact us anytime you have a problem. We'll do our best to make it right.
