If you didn't find it anywhere else on Again Faster, it's probably here: chalk, lifting belts, straps, foam rollers, grip spray, and other miscellania.
Grip
If you can't hold on to it, you can't lift it. We carry two products to keep you and your implement of choice attached to each other. We have standard gym chalk, as well as GRRRIP spray. In the interest of market research, I picked up a bottle. It works well, dissolving the oils on your hands and preventing new ones from sticking around. For those interested in keeping a chalk-free environment, this is your next best option.
Magnesium Carbonate Chalk (1-lb.): $15.00

Belts and Straps
While I'm the first one to advocate assistance-free lifting, there is a time and a place for both belts and straps. Belts add to core stability and can be a boon during competition, where the sole objective is to lift more weight. They are also useful for those with a history of lower back problems. Lifting straps are useful for situations where you'd like to lift heavy without overtaxing grip, such as clean pulls. I have both items in my gym bag.

1.5" Lifting Straps w/ Neoprene Insert: $9.00
Recovery
I have a love/hate relationship with my foam roller. Self-myofascial release with the roller is about as pleasant as sticking a branding iron in your eye. Nonetheless, it has immediate benefits for range of motion, promoting recovery and saving you a trip to the masseuse. Buy one, whether you get it here or elsewhere. The Stick is another great tool for self-myofascial release. You can get deep into the muscles and apply a ton of pressure if necessary. Remember, you will only make progress if you recover correctly. These tools will help you do so.
6" Foam Roller w/ Vinyl Cover (3' long): $21.80
